Friends, I give you watermelon agua fresca.. essentially watermelon “water”. All you need is a watermelon, some limes, water and some ice if you want it extra cold! If you don't have ice, no worries, just make sure your watermelon has been chilled in the fridge. You can also entertain with this delicious beverage and add some liquor of your choice… rum, vodka, tequila, they are all equally delicious!

**You might have to split the recipe in 2 or 3 depending on the size of your blender or food processor. And there you have it, the most refreshing and delicious low cal summer drink that is sure to impress!
