Fees will be deposited upon receipt of application.
Upon receipt and review of your application OHEA will request a copy of your official transcript or, in the case of a transfer from a registered province, proof of membership in good standing from that province. Your application cannot be processed until your official transcript is received.
The Executive Committee/Board of Directors rule on all applications. Applicants are advised of their decision by the OHEA Registrar.
If the application is not approved, the fees, minus the administration fee ($25.00), will be returned.
Applications for members received between September 1 and December 31 will have a 50% reduction in the OHEA fee. Fees for student and new graduates would be reduced on a similar scale.
Applications received after January 1 must be accompanied by full fees. This fee will cover the remainder of the current membership year and the next membership year.
