Application Terms

  • Upon receipt and review of your application OHEA will request a copy of your official transcript or, in the case of a transfer from a registered province, proof of membership in good standing from that province. Your application cannot be processed until your official transcript is received.
  • The Executive Committee/Board of Directors rule on all applications.
  • Once you have been approved for membership, the OHEA Registrar will Pre-approve you and you will be sent a link for fee payment.
  • Applications for members received between September 1 and December 31 will have a 50% reduction in the OHEA fee. Fees for new graduates would be reduced on a similar scale. 
  • Applications received after January 1 must be accompanied by full fees. This fee will cover the remainder of the current membership year and the next membership year.
