By: Brittaney Berendsen, RD., P.H.Ec. I'm a huge fan of these because they take about half an hour to make/portion, only use one bowl (Yay for limited dishes haha) and then you have a stash of healthy and delicious snacks! Ingredients
1.5 - 2 cups (375-500 mL) large flake oats 1/2 cup (125 mL) natural peanut butter 1/2 cup (125 mL) pumpkin puree 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped dates 1/4 cup (60 mL) pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp. (30 mL) hemp hearts 1 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla extract 1 tsp. (5mL) cinnamon 2 tsp. (10 mL) pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup (125 mL) dark chocolate chips Method
