OHEA is pleased to announce Dharshi Lacey as one of six speakers for our leadership workshop. Titled "Career Leadership While Influencing the Community," this event is your chance to take your career in a completely new direction! Dharshi Lacey is the Director of Diversity & Governance at Pillar Non-profit Network. At Pillar, she supports non-profits as they strive to follow best practice in board governance. She also offers diversity consulting, assisting non-profit boards to assess their organizations, cultural competency and develop action plans to develop more inclusive practices within their board recruitment, board policy, strategic planning and Executive Director accountabilities. Dharshi immigrated to Canada from Sri Lanka and has over 20 years experience working in the London community in the non-profit sector. Dharshi holds a B.A. in Business and Economics.
