2 tbsp. (30 mL) coconut oil 1 egg 2 cups (500 mL) unsweetened almond milk (or soy, rice, cows etc.) 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder 2 tsp. (10 mL) vanilla extract 1/3 cup (80 mL) pure maple syrup 2 cups (500 mL) large flake oats 1 tsp. (5 mL) baking powder 2 tsp. (10 mL) cinnamon 1 tsp. (5 mL) dried ginger 1/3 cup (80 mL) chopped walnuts 1/2 cup (125 mL) flaked coconut 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries 1/2 cup (125 mL) raspberries Method:
