My name is Elizabeth Soden. I am in second year at Brescia University College and am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics (BSc). This is my first year joining OHEA and after attending my first conference, I have had several job offers for the upcoming summer. I am so excited to see what other great opportunities OHEA will have for me and for all of Ontario in the future.
Sui Fang Chen moved to London from Toronto, Ontario. She studied Food and Nutrition at Brescia University College and is currently a volunteer at Mount Hope Long Term Care, Parkwood Hospital, and KGK Synergize. She is passionate about food, loves to cook and try new recipes with friends. In 2012, with an interest in spreading a healthy message to the public, Sui started to write blogs and post video clips to social media. In her free time, Sui loves to try new food with her husband. Korean Cuisine is one of her favorites. Her dream is to help people to live long and healthy lives by eating the right type and proper quantities of food.
