Enjoy these versatile meatballs the traditional way with spaghetti, as sliders, on a skewer - or any other way you like to eat your meatballs. They are lean, green and full of flavour!
1 cup (250 mL) kale, chopped (wilted kale works great in this recipe)
1/4 cup (60 mL) water
1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef
1 cup (250 mL) breadcrumbs
1 egg, large
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
