  • Establish your membership category.
  • Complete the application form
  • Send all completed materials to OHEA office.
  • Inclusions:
    * copy of your official transcript or, in the case of a transfer from a registered province, proof of membership in good standing from that province.
    * correct fees payable to "Ontario Home Economics Association"(OHEA)
Note:  

  • Fees will be deposited upon receipt of application.
  • Application cannot be processed until official transcript is received.
  • The Executive Committee/Board of Directors rule on all applications. Applicants are advised of their decision by the OHEA Registrar.
  • If the application is not approved, the fees, minus the administration fee ($25.00), will be returned.
  • Applications for members received between September 1 and December 31 will have a 50% reduction in the OHEA fee. Fees for student and new graduates would be reduced on a similar scale.
  • Applications received after January 1 must be accompanied by full fees. This fee will cover the remainder of the current membership year and the next membership year.
